Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking number. You can check the status of your package at any time directly on our website.

On our website, click Track Your Order (at the bottom of the homepage).
Enter your order number and click Track.
Your order details will be displayed. In the "Logistics Information" column, you may see two tracking numbers:
SF Express Tracking: Click the SF Express number to be redirected to the official SF Express website.
Agent Tracking: Click the agent tracking number to be redirected to the freight forwarder's official website.
Note: Please check both numbers, as only one will typically show active shipping information.

In case of incorrect or incomplete address, unreachable recipient, etc., the delivery cannot be completed normally. If the delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the goods may be returned and you will need to bear the corresponding shipping costs and other possible expenses.
We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated time. However, due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and shipping delays, delivery time may be delayed. If your order is delayed, we will contact you in time and provide the latest shipping information.
6. Signing and Acceptance
